Which is a good web hosting company for my Web Design Freelance business?

I have just started a Web Freelance business here in Kampala, Uganda and i got a couple of jobs on me. I use Dreamweaver to develop and i will also implement PHP and MySQL in some of the websites. Thing is i have seen so many web hosts out there and i dont know which one would be best. They all have so many reviews and deals but i need one which is reliable and cheap with many features and popular. Any suggestions would be lovely! thanks

1. If you can try not to run you're web site through another company. Use Joomla! IT IS COMPLETELY 100% FREE NO LIE! It is a CMS (Content Management System) but you would need your own server to run it and have your ISP host it. Google it if you have to!
