I would like to find out what are the biggest dedicated server hosting companies in the US, in order of size. An official list would be best if possible. I am looking for a top 20 list etc.

1. As far as I know, The Planet and EV1 (now The Planet) along with SoftLayer and Fast Servers.net I would say are the biggest and the best in the industry. Take a look at www.webhostingtalk.com and look in the Dedicated Hosting section. It's a VERY active forum and I'm sure you'll find your answer just by searching!
