Bandwidth: how often would visitors go to your site? Database: how many? Others: Do you need PHP 5 or PHP 4? Or Java?) Also, find out where they're hosted. It's best that you choose a hosting provider that hosts your website near customers which may translate to smaller hops and lower latencies (it will appear faster).
