Web hosting?

I am after some recomendations on web hosting companys. The current webhost I am with is unreliable and has had alot of downtime over the last month and has informed me that both my site will be down for about 6 hours today which isnt on! I have a business to run here and I need to improve my up-time for my customers, and the only way to do it is to change hosts.
