Looking for a good web host with extremely easy site-builder.?

Anyone happen to know any good web hosting sites that have a really good site-builder? I've been searching for the past week or so, and found so many, with mixed reviews on almost all of them. I'm looking to spend up to $10/month, as long as I am able to customize my site extremely easy. Basically put it this way, my current web making skills are the equivalent of a 4 year old. Also, would like one that offers a shopping cart, but that's not a necessity. Thanks, in advance!
