Good UK Web Host?

Hiya, Can anyone recommend a good UK based web hosting company for a small business? I was going to go with 1&1 hosting, but their reviews online are pretty shocking. Any other suggestions? I've been googling web hosts for about 2 hours now and am going round in circles! I find a company, then check for reviews, and they are bad! I don't want to pay more than £80 a year, and UK based support is important. Thanks
