What would the best webhosting service be for someone who wants to put audio, video, text, images...pretty much everything, into one domain name?

1. It depends. If you have your site and you just wan't to upload it, then i recommend freehyperspace. If you don't, and you wan't to create a site easilly, then i recommend freewebs or bravehost.
2. I'd go with godaddy, thats by far the cheapest.
