Get answers from millions of real people.?
A week ago I signed up for Yahoo small business web hosting and could not get passed the second step in developing my web page, kept getting an "error on page". Its been aweek and no reply to my dozen emails to the support Yahoo team. Did I make a mistake in paying $29.85 ahead of time for this Yahoo service? Does any one know how I can get a refund? How can anyone have faith in doing business over the net? How can I contact someone in Yahoo small business to help me out of this problem. Is there a law if yahoo is not complying with what they sell? A really angry Yahoo customer!

- I see they jumped all over the opportunity to help you out here. you would think a "staff" member would answer this. I have two websites, hosted by, register.com and it might take up to 20 minutes of being on hold (calling between 11 pm and 2 am) but at least they answer. and it is easy to build a website with their tools, which are included in the "cheapest" of packages.
- There should be a 30 day guarantee where you can get your money back. You can reach Yahoo Support at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/smallbusiness/ or http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/contactus/contactus_home.php
- I have a few domains hosted here at Yahoo! Small Business almost a decade. I never had trouble getting answers from the staff. However, you must use their tools for proper assistance. This is what I learned over the years... Go to "Help" on the page you have trouble with. Then, click on the "contact us" link. Fill up a short form about the trouble you are having, be descriptive about your computer, browser version. You'll get a delivery confirmation in 24hr. After that, someone will get back to you in a timely manner. Just don't expect a simple email address to send all questions to. Don't get angry with technical support staff. Talk to customer service about your difficulties and request the problem to be resolved.
