Will Microsoft Expression Web work on Yahoo Web Hosting Service?

I am having problems getting this to work. Every time I try to upload my site, I get an error telling me the server has timed out. I can't find any documentation on Yahoo's site related to their support of Microsoft Expression Web, but I can't imagine that they provide zero support. Any thoughts or suggestions?
