Web Hosting Dedicated Hosting

Yahoo web hosting & email question...Please help :-)?

I am using yahoo web hosting starter edition. It comes with 1000 email address & the like. Is there a way to let my members create & view their email accounts directly from my site without logging into yahoo, So it looks like we are using our own server? If not how would I set up a server within my site to accomplish it so my members never have to leave my site to create an account or check email? Any ideas? -thanks in advance.
