Dedicated Hosting Problem?

recently i took Dedicated hosting in iweb8.com .Commonly if we take dedicated hosting there must be no problem with members online but in my site if members comes more than 400 members than the site is automatically going offline I want to know why.if i ask them they are telling that no like this type of complaint from last 1 year but i wanna know why this happening. Friend Plz solve my problem

I cannot tell exactly whats wrong but I also own a website I created and been hosted by a friend who is a web wizard and very resonable and extremely reliable, why dont you contact him and see if your website is hosted through him and trust me you will never have a problem ever again. 2. If it is a database driven site (MySQL or MS SQL Server) there could be a limit on the number of simultaneous connections allowed. This should be easy enough to fix. If you have a managed dedicated server, then tech support should be able to up the number of connections allowed into the database. If you have root access, and are managing it yourself, consult the appropriate database manual to check on the limit currently in place for connections and make the changes required.
