homebased business? which would you focus on!!! im ready to take the leap! any other ideas?

i think i have too many skills which prevents me from being dedicated! 1- html web desiging & hosting, i use to barter this service! 2- custom tshirts, i own the equipment! 3 - the good old daycare, i have ample space in my home in a matter of weeks and placing and ad! high demand in my area. 4-party catering or just cooking- i love to cook for parties and large gatherings. i been trying to convince my friend to join me in this venture. cooking for busy single folks and moms ++ 5-heavyduty cleaning/debris removal - i hate the usual house chores but i LOVE to make a diference by cleaning dirty areas! i mean basements, artics, yard. i love before and afters! 6-interior remodeling & space planning ehh back to my roots lol i also have a degree in architure! hehee 7-childrens book illustration - i currently completting a project of 2 series 24 books total... almost done! IM JUST TIRED OF THE CORPORATE WORLD i feel im too gifted to be wasting my time making $ for others wait... got more lol -i also did credit repair counseling -laboring ei. interior painting, elec work, etc! okay basically if its hands on I CAN DO IT or on my list to learn haa its so difficult to progress when u need start up capital! so while i wait for my equity to build... i have to start small and build my way up!

1. Do the web thing and work residuals into it - that's the key. While physical work is honorable, it's best to work yourself out of it and create independence if you can. You're correct in your thinking to not work for others. Most people are always thinkiing "job." You're better off being your own Indian chief than an Indian at a company. To be honest, I've been trying hard as of late to get back into my own business, and I just can't stand working for others. I find it to be demoralizing and a violation of my spirit. The schools don't teach a lot about entrepreneurship to the young people today - just dry, dull stuff that's boring, and then they label them with a PC "disease" if they don't pay attention or learn (and possilby drug them). Also, vote against those rotten Democrats. They are not the friend of small business and they will create tax problems and burdens that are hard to bear. They are not talking about all of their horrible, anti-American policies. It's only phony smiles and meaningless noise about "change." THAT'S the "change" they'll bring about: HIGHER TAXES!

3. looking at all the skills that you have you could utilize all of it. how? you mentioned that day care is of high demand in your area make it as your main source of income. create a website and customize shirts to advertise your business. within that business you would market your other business by designing shirts for kids and special occassions for busy moms and promote catering on special parties for their kids and relatives, plus home remodelling and heavyduty cleaning Create a space in our daycare to showcase custom shirts for kids and high light a space of your children's book illustration. it is just a matter of being creative. i think the day care is the best way to bring in steady income and market your other skills,remember busy moms and dads would need extra help as much as they can. oh i forgot, you could also market customized shirts to parents of school kids on special events, runs, marathons, unforms, clubs and also do catering for their office parties. just lay out in your calendar the peak season for each side business i think ou could bring in enough money just be patient and industrious.
