what hosting site can host executables without requiring a dedicated hosting plan?

My program relies on an executable which must be hosted. I also will like this hosting site to have installed IE explorer since this executable relies on it.

1. Get a "virtual dedicated server" at http://www.LocoDomains.com and do it, it's a lot cheaper than regular dedicated hosting
2. Hmmm, that doesn't make much sense. .exe files are meant to run on a home computer... I need more details to help you: Are you trying to host a .exe or another type of file? What does it do? Thanks, Ben
