1&1 FTP help!!! (PLEASE!!!!) !?!?!?

hii. um, okay. so last night i bought a domain off of 1&1.. not realizing i needed WEB HOSTING too. so this morning i had to call customer service to ask if i could have that added as well, but not have the extra domain. they did that... its up now. but when i try to access the FTP server from the control panel, it comes up.. but i cant figure out it out.. like i dont know how i edit the pages where your HTML goes.. and all..okay. and thennn, for my old website, which was a hosted one [mysitename].[theirsitename].org/com/w-e - i logged onto that to edit it on www.net2ftp.com - and when i try to do that with my domain... it won't let mee.. CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE!?!? im really confused.. i mean, i guess i can call customer service again tomorrow.. but im really lost on what to do. if anyone could answer.. that'd be amazingg! i need all the help i can get with this. THANK YOUUUUUU!!!!!

1. I see that nobody replied and I'd like to help but you seem to know so little, where do I start :) Let's just say that you need an FTP program. Something like CUTEFTP. Once that is set up with the user name and pass and IP then it's quite easy to upload files. Just google it or ... aherm phone 1&1 and ask them! Lol they are going to love you, it's like buying a car then phoning the shop asking what the gear stick is and what is an "engine" :)
